When Yamaha first announced what they planned to bring to the Japan Mobility Show 2023, undoubtedly the vehicle that caught the most attention on display was the Motoroid2 reference prototype. This is an evolution of the original Motoroid that was first introduced at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2017.
Since that show was the predecessor of the JMS, it is fitting that the first JMS event is where Yamaha chose to showcase the advancements they have made in the past six years. The first iteration of the Motoroid announced the prototype’s ability to recognize its owner and interact with them “like a living being.” It is a concept that probably seemed more distant in 2017 than in 2023.
To showcase the capabilities of the Motoroid2 in 2023, Yamaha created this video. The theme of this year’s presentation, which supposedly encompasses everything Yamaha brought to the show, is “feeling life.”
It’s not just about looking at life. It’s about living it, and Yamaha’s products should enhance your pleasure in various ways.
