The Ducati Global Dealer Conference 2023, the annual event that brings together the vast network of Ducati Authorized Dealers for a moment of discussion and sharing with the headquarters in Borgo Panigale, was successfully held on Monday, October 16th.
The Global Dealer Conference represents one of the most significant dates on the Ducati events calendar. It is on this occasion that the company has the opportunity to meet with its global commercial network, review the past year, and fine-tune activities for the following year, with particular attention to the presentation of new models in the range and the company’s strategy development.
This year’s edition was conducted digitally, allowing each Ducati Authorized Dealer from anywhere in the world to connect virtually with Ducati headquarters in Borgo Panigale. The invitation was also extended to all employees of the motorcycle manufacturer in Bologna, Italy and its subsidiaries abroad, resulting in an exceptional outcome: a total of over 5,000 users participated, connected from 90 different countries.
The focus of the Global Dealer Conference 2023 was the session dedicated to corporate strategy and its reinforcement, aimed at analyzing in detail how to approach the objectives, priorities, and challenges that will drive Ducati throughout the next year, always in full expression of the values of Style, Sophistication, and Performance. This approach provided Authorized Dealers with the necessary tools to better meet the needs of enthusiasts and remain aligned with the company’s evolution, thus incorporating the theme “Together for Excellence” chosen for the convention, which reflects the message of collaboration and common commitment to achieve great results. Among the most anticipated moments, the preview presentation of Ducati models for 2024 could certainly not be missing. Thanks to simultaneous translation in 8 languages, Authorized Dealers from around the world were able to discover the features and innovations of the Ducati range for 2024, which to date has been enriched by the already announced Monster 30th Anniversary, Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour, DesertX Rally, and Multistrada V4 RS, along with the two remaining new products that will be officially presented to the public on November 2 and 7. As in all digital editions, during the live broadcast, participants were able to interact thanks to the virtual ‘coffee lounge’, a space created specifically to facilitate meeting and exchanging ideas among them. In addition, there was always an active chat that allowed real-time communication with Francesco Milicia, VP Global Sales & After Sales at Ducati. Another opportunity open to everyone was the virtual visit to the Ducati Museum and Factory. The “Ducati Dealer Awards” were also celebrated during the convention, which saw the best Authorized Dealers from different geographical areas being recognized for their excellent results in different categories.
As part of the Global Dealer Conference, National Meetings were also held, which represent another opportunity to share and discuss the latest news and objectives of each geographical area, but also to address questions and collect feedback for improvements.
Through the Global Dealer Conference, Ducati is committed to increasingly strengthening synergy with its Authorized Dealers, who act as brand ambassadors and key points of contact between the Company and the vast community of Ducatisti. It is precisely through its distribution network that the manufacturer from Bologna can guarantee high-quality service, successfully promote its products, and spread the passion for Ducati around the world.
As of the present date, Ducati’s commercial network includes more than 800 Authorized Dealers in over 90 countries worldwide. The dealers section is available on the Ducati website with the “Dealer Locator” service, which provides information on services and operating hours of all Authorized Dealers in the network.
