A set of high-quality components distinguishes the new KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA, with the heart represented by a revised and updated version of the 450 cc fuel-injected engine that powers KTM’s best Enduro and Motocross machines.
Equipped with a newly designed SOHC single-shaft timing system, a reinforced clutch and an even more robust gearbox, the new bike also has a renewed cooling system with two separate radiators instead of the single unit that equipped the previous model.
Also new is the steel trellis frame, hand-welded at the KTM Motorsport production facility. Assembled from hydroformed and laser-cut sections, it stands out from the previous model due to specially calculated torsional and longitudinal flexibility parameters. The result? A high level of feedback for the rider, better energy absorption and more stability on the straight in fast sections. Added to these characteristics is the new hollow swingarm made of cast aluminum, designed to offer optimum rigidity and strength with the lowest possible weight.
The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 is equipped with three fuel tanks fitted with two separate fuel pumps, which can be operated independently to allow refueling from the 9-liter and 9.5-liter front tanks or from the self-sufficient 16-liter rear tank, which also functions as a frame. The total capacity is therefore around 34.5 liters, ideal for the longest stages.
In the suspension department, the KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 is equipped with the best WP Pro Components package available on the market today. The fork is a WP XACT PRO 7548 48 mm closed cartridge with Cone Valve technology and is secured by new CNC-moulded plates with a 23 mm offset to ensure optimum rigidity. The top end is also equipped with a progressive handlebar stress absorption system developed by the team and complemented by a SCOTTS steering damper.
At the rear, the WP XACT PRO 7750 shock absorber takes care of the hardest bumps. Fully customizable for a configuration adapted to the user and the specific terrain, it was developed by riders such as Kevin Benavides and Matthias Walkner, who tested and used it, winning several stage victories.
From an aesthetic point of view, the new KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 now has a sharper, more aggressive profile. The navigation tower, developed especially for this model and made of extra-light carbon fiber, is mounted behind a fairing that offers significantly more aerodynamic protection than the previous version. This means that riders experience less turbulence and wind in the seated riding position.
The fairing also protects the new, lighter and narrower instrument panel with integrated warning lights and mounting brackets for a digital roadbook system. The new LED headlight system is incorporated into the headlight grille and increases total light output by 33%.
The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 also features a unique and well thought-out storage space integrated into the engine cover for emergency tools. This gives riders quick access to keys and frees up additional space and weight from the rider’s body.
The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 is produced and assembled in just 100 units at the KTM Motorsport facility in Austria and is available to order from the Official Dealer Network.
