Voge has everything ready to present its European novelties at the EICMA Show in Milan, which will open its doors to the press on Tuesday, November 7, and to the public from November 9 to 12. In addition to showcasing its current range of motorcycles and scooters, the brand from the Loncin group will unveil 10 new models spread across all displacements and specialties, including the technological adventure trail 900DSX, powered by the BMW-Loncin twin-cylinder engine and becoming the flagship model of VOGE in our market.
VOGE 900DSX
Without a doubt, the 900DSX will be the star of the stand at EICMA and the future flagship of the Voge range, with all the ingredients to make a mark in the Trail Adventure segment with its high quality and extensive equipment, as well as a suggested retail price of €8,888 (subject to possible changes).
This model is the result of the intense collaboration between the Loncin group, to which Voge belongs, and the German firm BMW. This allows Voge to use the 895 cc inline twin-cylinder engine with a 270º crankshaft offset, liquid cooling, DOHC heads with 4 valves per cylinder, and a slipper clutch, in a new trail bike of its own design and development, which declares a maximum power of 70 kW (94 hp) at 8,250 rpm and a torque of 95 Nm at 6,250 rpm. It is worth highlighting its electronic safety equipment, with lane change assistance LCA warning of the proximity of other vehicles through a light in the mirror, CCS cruise control, real-time TPMS tire pressure monitoring, QSS quickshifter up&down, electronic throttle, power control in 4 driving modes (economic, rain, off-road, and sport), heated grips and seat, the latter at a manageable 825 mm height from the ground, handguards, 5V/12V power outlet, dual front disc (305 mm) and rear disc (240 mm) from Brembo, Bosch ABS, tubeless spoked wheels in “off-road” sizes of 21 and 17 inches, height-adjustable windshield, side and crankcase protections, stainless steel silencer, aluminum swingarm, luggage rack, Pirelli Scorpion tires, 7” TFT color display instrument panel with different views, smartphone connectivity, 4 power modes, ‘keyless’ ignition key, and fully adjustable Kayaba suspensions in preload and extension, with 194 mm inverted fork travel and 198 mm rear shock travel. All wrapped in a modern and attractive design, complemented by accessories such as a pair of aluminum side cases and top case matching the bike’s color.
Voge 525DSX ‘24
Small changes in the ‘half-liter’ trail for A2 license holders, which is already on the market. To start, the color instrument panel will gain visibility with an interior modification compared to the initial model, a panel that is already being supplied currently. The new 525DSX also adds to its already complete equipment, a high-resolution video camera located between the headlight and the windshield.
Voge SR1 ADV 125
After the recently presented first Voge scooter in the 125 cc displacement, at EICMA this “adventurous” variant surprises with the addition of the ADV acronym. The new model increases in size compared to the SR1, mainly in the minimum ground clearance (from 140 to 160 mm), in order to better overcome obstacles in a “light” off-road use. The fuel tank capacity also increases from 8 to 9 liters, with a corresponding increase in autonomy for those who prefer to venture on long trips, refueling as little as possible. In addition to the mixed-use tires, gas shock absorbers debut in the rear suspension, as well as a new windshield with a servo motor. The engine remains the same, compact, smooth, and quiet that equips the SR1, with 11.56 hp and equipped with a start & stop system.
Voge SR16 125
The Voge dives deep into the displacement that allows driving with a B license. After starting with the sporty naked 125R, the versatile SR1, and the “Adventure” scooter SR1 ADV, it’s time for the SR16, a top-of-the-line “high wheel” scooter, as it is equipped with a liquid-cooled engine, based on the SR1, with 11.56 hp. It also shares with the SR1 the electronic equipment of dual-channel ABS, TCS traction control, and integrated HD video camera. It features a negative display panel, Full LED lighting, USB port, and a large storage capacity under the seat. The front wheels are 16 inches and the rear wheels are 14 inches.
Voge SR3
An economic alternative to the SR4 Max, powered by a new 250 cc liquid-cooled engine with four-valve head, it focuses more on urban use with occasional short-distance road trips. It delivers 25.5 hp at 8,000 rpm and 23 Nm at 5,500 rpm. Negative LCD screen, ‘keyless’ proximity key, space under the seat for full-face and open-face helmets, and adjustable height windshield, among other details.
Voge 250RR
This is a sports bike with full fairing powered by a new 250 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with 4-valve head, delivering a maximum power of 28.8 hp at 9,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 23 Nm at 7,000 rpm, values very high for a “quarter liter” and even higher than the current 300 family, highlighting the low weight of 137 kg (170 kg in the 300). Of course, all lighting uses LED technology and, for the instrument panel, a color TFT screen was chosen. It is not expected that this model will be put up for sale in our market.
Voge 525RR
The Voge 525 family is completed at EICMA with two novelties, the first being the 525RR, covering the sports segment with full fairing of very aggressive shapes and excellent aerodynamics. Unlike the already known naked 525R, the 525RR debuts exclusive alloy wheels, a new exhaust system, and an instrument panel based on a TFT screen with more information. The “525” engine is the same 494 cc inline twin that pushes its maximum power to the limit allowed to be used by A2 license holders: 35 kW (47.6 hp) at 8,500 rpm and a torque delivery of up to 44.5 Nm at 7,000 rpm. This model is not scheduled for release in our market.
Voge CU525
Second novelty that closes the 525 family. It is a custom in the purest Bobber style, characterized by its length and low height (Long&Low), all with a futuristic style. The ‘look’ of its LED optics stands out, with a double overlapping exhaust silencer, instrument panel with a color negative screen with a spherical display, seat with padded cover, and final belt drive from the 494 cc bicilindric “525”. There is currently no forecast for short-term commercialization in our market
BICOSE – VOGE’s brand for electric vehicles
Bicose Real 5T
This new range of electric scooters and motorcycles will arrive under the Bicose brand and, with this Real 5T, which applies all the cutting-edge technology, adding solutions from the Loncin Industries engineering team. The Real 5T will be the most sophisticated model on the market, being available in three versions according to the level of technology (and price): the base version, the Pro, and the Ultra. It is a compact and versatile scooter, well suited for daily use in the city, with a motor concentric with the swing arm axis, which delivers a nominal power of 11 kW maximum allowed for equivalence category (driving with a car license) and peaks at 12 kW in accelerations. It declares a maximum speed of 115 km/h, being able to maintain a constant cruising speed of 105 km/h without problems. For energy storage, it uses two fixed ternary lithium batteries of 4.8 kWh, which provide a range of 150 km. As for the chassis, it uses medium 14-inch wheels with their respective disc brakes and ABS. And, of course, Full LED lighting in addition to a large color TFT screen (9”), which folds when not in use, battery recharge to 80% in just 2 hours, 3 driving modes, integrated video camera, and various sensors that make it one of the most technologically advanced electric scooters. Bicose AirWing 03 Off-Road Interesting contribution to enjoy off-road driving without smoke or noise. The AirWing 03 is an ultralight vehicle that declares a weight of 65 kg to achieve an ideal power-to-weight ratio. The air-cooled engine declares a rated power of 6 kW with peaks of 8.6 kW and a generous torque of 43 Nm. The 2.52 kWh ternary lithium battery (13m7 kg) can be removed from the frame for recharging at a private residence (4 hours with a slow charger). It declares a range of 120 km with a maximum speed of 80 km/h. As for the chassis, it uses 19-inch spoke wheels, with their respective disc brakes, inverted fork suspensions, and gas mono-shock. Initially, it is not planned for this model to be put on sale in our market. Bicose AirWing 03 On-Road The base of the AirWing 03 Off-Road paves the way for this variant for use on asphalt, although homologated as a moped, so its speed is limited to 45 km/h. It shares almost all the equipment of the off-road version, with identical dimensions of the 19” tires, although for road use, but has lower power and capabilities, which will obviously result in a more economical purchase price. Bicose ES200Urban scooter approved as a motorcycle, although very economical, to compete even with gasoline models. It has 14-inch wheels with respective 220 mm and 185 mm discs. It uses a ternary lithium battery with a capacity of 1.44 kWh (removable, 9.7 kg) that powers a motor with a nominal power of 1.5 kW and peaks of 2.2 kW. With these characteristics, which obviously reflect on its low purchase price, a maximum speed of 62 km/h and a range of 70 km are achieved. Despite its ‘low cost’ nature, it features ABS brakes, LED lighting, 7-inch digital screen, Bluetooth connectivity, ‘keyless’ proximity key, regenerative braking, USB port, and a 22-liter storage space under the seat. This model is not initially planned for sale in our market.
Bicose ES400
The ES200 base gives rise to this variant with better performance, although this results in a slightly higher, yet still affordable price. It has double the batteries compared to the ES200, doubling the capacity to 400 Ah (2.88 kWh), which are also removable independently, powering a motor with double the nominal power, 3 kW with peaks of 7 kW. The weight of the vehicle increases from 95 to 105 kg, as well as the range increasing to 100 km, reaching a maximum speed of 82 km/h.
