Marco Bezzecchi has undoubtedly been one of the standout riders in MotoGP this season. A major contributory factor was his ten podiums in total, with the Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider finishing first on four occasions.
With a total of 329 points, Bezzecchi was close to the riders who would end up contending for the world title right up to the last race, although his title challenge was wasn’t taken until the end of the season due to the results in which he finished furthest from the podium in the final rounds.
Even so, 2023 is still a highly positive season for the 25-year-old Italian, with MotoGP making a short video summarising the #72’s season.
