The MotoGP season is about to start, and every moment on the bike is crucial for teams and riders. Jack Miller, in the new Prima Pramac Yamaha, explained that being on track at the Shakedown will be of extreme importance.
The rider showed himself very excited about being about to enter into action: ‘I’m excited. Being on track in the last two days, not just preparing for this event but obviously for testing… We have the concessions, extra days, and it will be crucial to be on track and it will help a lot because MotoGP these days is so «full gas», let’s say, that there’s not much time between tests and races’.
Miller then echoed what his teammate had also said about the importance of adapting and gaining time in this process of adapting to a new reality:
– Having two extra days to shake down the bike, test things that maybe you don’t have time for during the normal winter testing period will be decisive, and in summary, having time to adapt as Miguel [Oliveira] said to the new bike, new crew chiefs and so on.
