After undergoing surgery for multiple fractures sustained to his right wrist and radius during the Indonesian GP, Miguel Oliveira is confident about the future and is ‘more determined than ever’ to make a strong comeback.
Almost a week after going through the procedure, the Portuguese rider from Trackhouse Racing gave an update on his state of mind on social media, where he showed that he was mentally unaffected by the situation, making it clear that he wants to ‘come back stronger’.
– Every challenge we face is an opportunity to grow. Although I’m temporarily off the tracks due to injury, I’m more determined than ever to come back stronger. Recovery is part of the journey, and each day of rehabilitation is a step closer to being back to do what I love. Sometimes, we are put to the test off the track, but that’s where we show our true strength. Thank you for your support, and I promise that I will be back, more hungry for victory than ever.
Recently, it’s worth remembering that his team left the possibility open that Oliveira could be present at the Australian GP, from October 18th to 20th, but everything will depend on how the #88’s clinical situation evolves.
