Raúl Fernández led this morning the last warm-up of the MotoGP season. The session was used to fine-tune the final details before the main race of the Solidarity GP of Barcelona, not being very significant in terms of lap times.
In the early laps, Raúl Fernández (Trackhouse Racing/Aprilia) took the lead, with Enea Bastianini (Ducati) second and Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM) third.
Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) then climbed to the top of the timesheets, followed by Bastianini and Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha).
With three minutes remaining, Raúl Fernández reclaimed first place and improved his time to dip into the 1m40s range. Acosta followed suit, taking second place, while Augusto Fernández (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) jumped to third on his final lap.
A late crash by Acosta caused yellow flags in the closing moments, preventing further improvements. Raúl Fernández secured the top spot with a slim 0.031-second margin over Acosta. Augusto Fernández, Quartararo, and Bastianini rounded out the top five.
As for the title contenders, Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) was 11th, while championship leader Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) finished in 16th.
