Pecco Bagnaia finished the Australian GP in third place in the long race and after initially showing himself to be very competitive, he ended up not being able to keep up with the leading duo, considering that the rivals were simply better.
The world champion seemed resigned to third place in words to the MotoGP microphone:
– More than this today was difficult so it’s all good. We now have two races for which I feel much better going in terms of feelings. Today we managed to improve a little and I tried everything to stay with Jorge [Martín] and then with Marc [Márquez] but then I started to have a lot of difficulties on corner entry and they did a better job than us.
