It’s the final all or nothing in the fight for the title, with Pecco Bagnaia keeping alive his hopes of winning the MotoGP title, in what would be the «tri» in his personal account in the premier class. However, the Italian admitted that it will be difficult, given the disadvantage he has in the championship against Jorge Martín.
Before focusing on the stage itself, Bagnaia recalled the supportive nature of the GP, and even admitted that the trip to Montmeló is to his liking: ‘I’m happy with the decision to race the last Grand Prix of the season in Barcelona instead of Valencia. What happened is terrible, and we truly hope that the proceeds from this event can provide substantial support to those affected by the floods’.
The Ducati rider later explained that as long as there is a possibility of reaching the title he will try to do so, even if he knows it is very difficult. However, he also left a guarantee: he will hit the track with everything.
– As for us, we will approach the weekend as usual. We still have a chance, and while it will be difficult, we will give everything until the very end. Regardless of the outcome, it’s an honour to once again be in the final race of the season, fighting for the world title. I can’t wait to get back on track!
