Different bikes require different ways of riding, but Marc Márquez has managed to retain one of his strong points with the Gresini Ducati – performance in left-hand turns, an area where he already excelled on the Honda.
The Spaniard acknowledged this quality, as well as the need for improvements in right-hand turns – even revealing that he already has ideas to test:
– Unluckly the majority of the circuits are for the right. But this is something that I had already in Honda – the left corners are one of my strongest points. But for example the long right corners are one of my weak points. So in the end I need to work more on those right corners and I have something in mind for the Jerez test. […]. I still need to understand many things, but on those left corners I was riding in a good way since the first time I took Ducati in Valencia.
