After spending the first three seasons of his career on a Ducati, Luca Marini moves to Repsol Honda in MotoGP this year. The tests this week in Sepang allowed him to continue getting to know the new bike better.
The Italian was asked by the press about the biggest difference between the RC213V and the Desmosedici GP, to which he responded: ‘It’s how to make the rear tire work. It’s the complete opposite. Ducati is on one side and Honda is on the other’.
These comments echo those of Marc Márquez, who made the opposite move – from Repsol Honda to a Gresini Ducati – as we reported in this article.
