Winning a MotoGP World Championship is something within the reach of very few in this world and Jorge Martín entered a restricted list of riders, something that naturally left him very happy and with a feeling of privilege, as he himself admitted, as well as the ‘fear and doubts’ ‘.
The now Aprilia Racing rider, who won the title with Pramac Racing in 2024, was in conversation with the TVE channel, quoted by Motosan, where he spoke about the recent title: ‘It’s a privilege to have won the World Championship and it’s something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I had moments of fear and doubts, but it’s something I’ve already managed to do, so what comes from now on will be a gift’.
Martín later said that he is still in the assimilation phase given what he has achieved, explaining that for him now the crucial thing is to enjoy it together with the people he likes: ‘I’m trying to assimilate everything little by little, but I’m very happy, very content, enjoying the moment. and the people close to me’.
The year 2025 looks like one of challenges as the Spaniard continues his career with Aprilia Racing, as does Marco Bezzecchi (ex-VR46 Racing Team).
