After the first round of the MotoGP World Championship, Jorge Martín and Gresini are the initial leaders in the standings for satellite teams.
With the victory in the Sprint race and third place in the main race at Losail, Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) gathered 28 points, against Marc Márquez’s (Gresini/Ducati) ten. In third place is Álex Márquez (Gresini/Ducati) with 13 points, followed by Fabio Di Giannantonio (Pertamina Enduro VR46/Ducati) and rookie Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) with nine points each.
Among the satellite teams, Gresini leads with 31 points. The Márquez brothers achieved the most consistent performance, and the team has three more points than Pramac – which earned 28 points solely with Martín, as Franco Morbidelli is still adapting after missing the pre-season and did not score. VR46, in third, is already 20 points behind the top. The last of the satellite teams is Trackhouse Racing with only one point.
