Last November, Marc Márquez rode the Gresini Racing Ducati Desmosedici GP23 during the test day in Valencia. It was his first time on a MotoGP bike other than the Honda RC213V, marking a completely new chapter in his career.
With six world titles and a decade of experience in the premier class, the Spaniard is well acquainted with the championship. However, he admitted to DAZN that prior to his debut with Gresini, he felt some nervousness considering the new situation he was facing:
– I was nervous and had butterflies in my stomach. Although I’ve been in the World Championship for many years, it was a big change. Then, I calmed down, relaxed. I had a calm day, focused on getting to know my new technical team and the bike.
