Francesco Bagnaia has been the MotoGP champion for the last two years, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have areas to improve. On the contrary, the Ducati rider believes he needs to make more progress in the upcoming season.
In a press conference, the Italian stated that he hopes to have fewer crashes, emphasizing that it will be a season requiring competitiveness and consistency:
– It will be different compared to the last season. It wasn’t an easy one for what happened. For sure I crashed five times and it will be better to reduce a bit this number. We have to say that two of those five weren’t due to our mistakes, so it’s something that can happen. But I think this year will be very important, as we’ll have 22 races and 22 Sprint races, to be constant, to be competitive as always, but try to be constant.
