After the victory in the Jerez GP, Francesco Bagnaia, in statements to ‘SpeedWeek’, gave a brief idea of what the season has been like for him and his personal life, up to now.
We remind you that the Italian rider is in second place in the MotoGP world championship, with a 17-point disadvantage to his Prima Pramac Racing rival, Jorge Martín.
Pecco started talking about the new ritual he has before getting on his bike, which has not gone unnoticed.
– It’s something I’ve been doing for a long time. I like to do it because it calms me down a bit. It’s my routine. We always do the same things because we know it works for us. I’m superstitious, but just a little bit. I do things like this to prepare for the race.
Pecco also added about his performance in the Jerez GP: ‘The race was fantastic. Last year was not easy, but then we started to improve the sensations during the sessions and the race was a good fight with the KTM. In the end, I won, which was good.’
