The 6-foot-8, 355-pound athlete recently showcased his work at an elite offensive line training center in Chandler, Arizona. This state-of-the-art facility features advanced equipment and a comprehensive approach to training, recovery, and supplementation, all aimed at fostering the skills essential for success on the offensive line.
Adapting to NFL Challenges
Throughout his rookie season, Manu worked to adjust to the rigors of competing against seasoned NFL defensive linemen. Although he spent much of the season on the sidelines, the departure of a veteran player creates an opening that could see him either transitioning to a guard role during training camp or ascending as the No. 3 rotational tackle.
