Fabio Di Giannantonio surprised everyone in the final rounds of the 2023 MotoGP season. His performances improved significantly, he got his first win in the premier class and earned a seat at Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team for this year.
The Italian rider spoke about his aim for the new season: ‘For sure the goal from my side is to grow as a rider. So, for sure it’s to improve every performance that I’ve done last year. The end of the season was fantastic and the goal would be to restart from there – to be consistently in the top five’.
That said, Di Giannantonio is now focused on testing to prepare himself in the better possible way: ‘It all depends on how we start the tests in a few weeks. The focus now is just to arrive as ready as possible in Sepang, then try to fix a few things for Qatar and then try to be as ready as possible to Qatar’s race’.
