Today the Dakar riders face a particularly brutal day, with the day starting yesterday with a total of 1058km to go, and a special stage of 967km. The day isn’t over yet and it’s Daniel Sanders who is leading the day for now.
The KTM rider is currently 2m10s ahead of Ricky Brabec (Honda), while Ross Branch (Hero) is the best with Hero, currently in third and 4m13s behind the northern Austrian.
Skyler Howes and Tosha Schareina, both Honda riders, are fourth and fifth respectively, with the top ten also including Luciano Benavides (KTM), Michael Docherty (BAS KTM), Pablo Quintanilla (Honda), Edgar Canet (KTM) and Adrien Van Beveren (Honda).
