David Alonso broke records throughout the Moto3 season, becoming world champion. But the Colombian also demonstrates a champion’s spirit off the track, lending a hand with the clean-up in Valencia after Storm Dana.
His team, CFMOTO Aspar, shared an image on social media showing Alonso and team owner Jorge Martínez Aspar covered in mud, shovels in hand.
The caption read: ‘Because together we are stronger. Moto3 world champion David Alonso came to Valencia this weekend to help with the clean-up after the floods’.
From the beginning, Aspar has been actively supporting communities affected by the storm. Currently, a fundraising campaign is underway, and €132,469 has already been raised. You can contribute through this link.
