The Pierer Mobility Group, owner of KTM’s motorcycle division, is facing a challenging financial period, with increasing losses this year and the situation worse than expected.
The Austrian company is undergoing a restructuring, which includes reducing its management team from six to two members. However, as of now, Brad Binder has not seen any direct impacts on the MotoGP team.
The South African rider emphasized that his focus remains on achieving victories in the premier class: ‘For me, in my understanding, everything continues as normal. The only thing I can do is try and win some races. Apparently, what wins on Sunday, sells on Monday. So, that’s my new motivation, and let’s see what happens’.
In fact, KTM will be increasing its investment in MotoGP in 2025, with an even greater involvement from its satellite team, Tech3, which will feature riders Enea Bastianini and Maverick Viñales.
