Liam Everts and Sacha Coenen were the fastest in MX2 this weekend in Maggiora, and both won a race on Sunday, ending the day with the same points.
Everts was the winner of the first race, which ended with an advantage of more than six seconds over Simon Laengenfelder, while Andrea Adamo took the last place on the podium. Rounding out the top five were Sacha Coenen and Lata Valerio.
For the second race the situation changed, with Sacha beating Lucas Coenen and thus taking victory on Italian soil. Valerio improved and was third, relegating Everts to fourth place, ahead of Andrea Adamo.
Note to Kay de Wolf, leader of the championship, who with a 7-6 lost ground to the competition, adding a total of 29 points in Maggiora, while Everts and Sacha Coenen both won 43, with Valerio and Adamo both winning 36.
Despite the less successful round, Wolf leads the world with 473 points, Laengenfelder has 425 and Lucas Coenen 421.
