Enea Bastianini was involved in a crash in the first corner of the MotoGP Catalan Grand Prix, and his injuries required surgery. The rider will be forced to miss the next two rounds of the championship.
The Ducati rider broken his left ankle and left hand, undergoing two surgeries at the Policlinico de Modena. Both of them were successful.
Now, Bastianini will begin the recovery process and already knows that he will miss the San Marino, India, and Japan GPs. It’s worth noting that after his crash in the sprint race at Portimão, the rider had already missed four rounds.
