Rumors have been circulating for weeks about Aruba.it entering the MotoE World Championship this year, a venture that would join their successful projects in the World Superbike and Supersport Championships. However, as of now, nothing has been officially announced.
Serafino Foti, a team manager, stated to GPOne.com that the decision has not been finalized, but MotoE suits Aruba.it: ‘We haven’t made a final decision yet, but we are evaluating the matter very seriously. MotoE is definitely a category that reflects the philosophy of the Aruba company, which as you know, is already involved in Superbike and Supersport’.
In 2023, Aruba.it was responsible for operating three Ducati wildcards in MotoGP, something they won’t be able to repeat this year, as the manufacturer doesn’t have the opportunity to register wildcards due to the lack of concessions.
