This Thursday, the Prima Pramac rider expressed his gratitude on social media, writing: ‘Thank you all for the messages! Thanks to stewards’ aid I have been able to go through this big hit without any problem! And also thanks to Marc Márquez’s aid on track! Thank you man!’.
Following the crash, Morbidelli was promptly assisted by Marc Márquez, another rider who was on the track at the time. The incident seems to have been nothing more than a scare just days before the official MotoGP tests in Sepang.
