Miguel Oliveira suffered a major setback in the Sprint race of the Argentina GP, injuring his shoulder. He will miss the GP of the Americas.

The consequence for Oliveira was a dislocation of the sternoclavicular joint with ligament rupture. The recovery time is uncertain, and this afternoon, the Prima Pramac rider expressed his frustration on social media:
– There are no words to describe my frustration. My team and I work hard to be stronger every day. Being taken out and left with an uncertain recovery time is a tough blow, but one thing is certain – I’m only thinking about coming back at 100%. We deserve more and better. Thank you all for your support!
