The main highlights of this year’s MotoGP are undoubtedly the top three riders in the standings, and Marc Márquez, the most titled rider on the grid, praised the way Pecco Bagnaia raced in Buriram, while also leaving a word about Jorge Martín.
After the race on Thai soil, which Bagnaia won on Sunday, Marc Márquez, the Italian’s future teammate, praised the way he was in the long race, especially given the improvement he made from the Warm Up to the race itself: ‘Pecco surprised me, I think because in the Warm Up he wasn’t doing very well and then in the race he did very well’.
The way the current title holder managed the race and made intelligent decisions was highlighted: ‘He led, because in the wet it’s super important to lead because of the tire temperature. He defended very well, he wanted to win’.
About the championship leader, Márquez also left a short phrase, but very clear and focused on the strong state of concentration of #89: ‘But of course I see Martín very focused’.
