Jorge Martín was unable to contend for pole position at the MotoGP Thai GP. The rider made a mistake with four minutes remaining in the qualifying session and crashed.
The incident occurred in turn 9 at the Buriram circuit, where the Prima Pramac Spanish rider lost the front end of his Ducati, unable to avoid the fall.
Fortunately, the crash had no significant physical consequences for Martín, who was on a very fast lap that might have secured him first place.
Despite not returning to action until the end of Q2, his time at that moment was still enough to secure him third place. Watch or rewatch the incident.
