Yamaha has just unveiled the latest evolution of its iconic MT-07, featuring significant improvements that elevate the fascinating Japanese naked bike to a new level of excellence. The 2024 model stands out with its premium specifications, including radial-mount front brake calipers, a 41mm front fork, and lightweight SpinForged wheels.
The heart of the motorcycle remains the acclaimed 689cc CP2 engine, delivering a maximum power output of 73.4 horsepower at 8,750 rpm and 67 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. This power unit is also available in a restricted version producing 47.6 horsepower, suitable for A2 license holders.
In terms of efficiency, the new MT-07 achieves a contained fuel consumption of 4.2 liters per 100 kilometers and CO2 emissions of 98 g/km, combining performance with environmental responsibility.
The ergonomics have been revised to provide greater rider control, complemented by a new visual signature featuring minimalist LED headlights. Yamaha has also implemented an innovative acoustic amplification system that enhances the characteristic sound of the twin-cylinder engine.
