The second free practice session of the MotoGP Indonesian GP at Mandalika saw a hiccup for Jorge Martín. Just minutes into the session, the championship leader suffered a fall.
The incident took place at Turn 16 of the Mandalika circuit, but fortunately, Martín walked away unscathed. However, it did lead to some lost track time for the Prima Pramac rider.
Nevertheless, Martín quickly returned to the track, showing that his confidence remained intact. He maintained a solid pace and even took the lead at one point during the session.
The Spanish rider ultimately finished the session in fifth place, 0.220s behind the leader, his teammate Franco Morbidelli. Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) was just 0.002s ahead of Martín.
