Jorge Martín set the pace during the warm-up session for the MotoGP Aragon GP. The session took place on a wet track, even though the rain had stopped at MotorLand Aragón, which limited the conclusions that could be drawn.
In the early stages, after the initial flying laps, Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac/Ducati) led by 0.609s ahead of Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM), with Miguel Oliveira (Trackhouse Racing/Aprilia) in third.
Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) briefly took the lead, only to be narrowly surpassed by Augusto Fernández (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) by just three thousandths of a second.
Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) managed to move into second place behind his teammate, but in the final moments, the leaderboard changed significantly. Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) ended up with the fastest time, beating Miller by 0.192s, with Fernández in third, 0.953s behind.
The top five was completed by the factory Ducatis of Bastianini and Bagnaia, while Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati) only completed an installation lap and did not register a time.
