Après avoir terminé ses deux premières saisons de MotoGP dans des équipes satellites, Enea Bastianini a fait le saut chez Ducati en 2023. Les blessures l’ont empêché d’exploiter pleinement son potentiel tout au long de l’année, mais il a pu s’adapter à une réalité très différente de celle à laquelle il était habitué.
During an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, the winner of the Malaysian GP admitted that the degree of difficulty in a factory team is higher… although the work has not been radically different:
– In a factory team, everything is more difficult because you have to interact with many more people. However, this is something I quickly got used to. What I struggled with several times was adapting! Speaking of the work, I would say that the work I did within the factory team was very similar to what I did at Gresini. Similar, but… everything is a little more complex.
