Fermín Aldeguer was the fastest in the Moto2 Americas GP practices. This Saturday, the second session was the one in which all the riders set their best laps so far.
Alonso López (Beta Tools SpeedUp/Boscoscuro) was the early leader, but was later surpassed by rookie Diogo Moreira (Italtrans Racing Team/Kalex), before regaining the lead. The Spaniard was once again beaten, this time by Marcos Ramírez.
The rider from OnlyFans American Racing Team held the position until 25 minutes had passed. He was then beaten by Ai Ogura (MT Helmets-MSi/Boscoscuro), but Aldeguer set the fastest time of the session right after.

Jake Dixon (CFMoto Asterius Aspar/Kalex) finished third with his final lap, followed by Ramírez. Joe Roberts (OnlyFans American Racing/Kalex) completed the top five. Further down, championship leader Arón Canet (Fantic Racing/Kalex) achieved ninth place.
