After leaving Repsol Honda, Marc Márquez is competing this year in MotoGP with a satellite team for the first time – Gresini. With that, he also entered the Ducati “sphere”, which supplies the bikes to the Italian team.
Since the announcement came out in October of last year, the Spaniard has quickly been seen as a potential for the Ducati factory team in 2025. And that possibility is real.
Davide Tardozzi, team manager of the Borgo Panigale manufacturer, told the newspaper AS: ‘Of course Márquez can also enter the fight to be Pecco’s teammate, but we will not rush. I do not know when that decision will be made. Márquez is a great champion‘.
