Zero Motorcycles, one of the most prominent electric motorcycle manufacturers, is making a strong bet on India. And an FXE was recently seen testing in India.
This is a Supermoto-style model, with a typical design like the overall profile and fairing. It has a motor capable of delivering 34 kW of power and a set of 7.2 kWh batteries with a range of about 168 km.
The suspensions consist of a Showa inverted fork at the front and a Show rear mono-shock, with 17-inch wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires. Each wheel has a brake disc, with Bosch two-way ABS.
A few months ago, Zero Motorcycles signed a partnership agreement with Indian company Hero MotoCorp, in order for them to sell motorcycles in the Indian market. The collaboration will result in at least four models: initially two high-performance ones (where the FXE fits in), and then in a second phase, medium-displacement motorcycles.
