El Mundial de Superbike tuvo, ayer y el jueves, dos días de pruebas en Misano, a unas dos semanas de que el circuito acoja otra ronda de la temporada. Y Toprak Razgatlioglu estuvo en plano de destaque.
During the second day, the Turkish ROKiT BMW rider completed a lap in 1m32.535s – hours after the rain appeared for a few moments. Razgatlioglu, who had also been the fastest on Thursday, rode below the official WSBK record in Misano, while working on the setup and electronics of his M 1000 RR.
In second place was Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha), who was 0.578s behind Razgatlioglu, followed by the two Aruba.it Ducati riders: Nicolò Bulega, championship leader, and two-time world champion Álvaro Bautista who suffered three crashes on this last day. The top five was closed by Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha). Alex Lowes led the best Kawasaki in seventh on the second day.
Also on track were riders from the Supersport World Championship. Of these, the fastest was Adrián Huertas (Aruba.it Ducati), who set the 19th absolute time on Friday. Near the end, he surpassed Stefano Manzi (Pata Prometeon Ten Kate Yamaha) by 0.382s, who had led most of the day. Bahattin Sofuoglu (MV Agusta) was third.
