Souselas received the final round of the National Enduro Championship – CFL 2024 last Sunday, in a weekend that also marked the end of the National Mini Enduro Championship – Jetmar. There were already champions found before this round, which did not fail to have reasons of interest in a context where the rain made its presence felt and even required some adjustments to the track.
In Elite General and Elite 2, Julien Roussaly had already become champion in Tábua, while Fábio Magalhães had won the Absolute Green and Greens 1 Trophies. The rain in Souselas forced a significant reduction in the Infants’ route right from the Mini Enduro round on Saturday.
And in the Infants category, Santiago Pereira (Yamaha) was the winner of the race, beating Martim Alves and Luís Ribeiro, while Gabriel Xavier finished fourth and Maria Inês had a fall that prevented her from reaching the end. Robi Tikkanen took his GasGas to victory in the Juveniles, surpassing Gustavo Pitschieller and Simão Severino. Thus, the category had three different winners in as many races of the National Mini Enduro Championship – Jetmar.
