Marc Márquez left Repsol Honda after a decade to join Gresini in MotoGP, where he will ride a Ducati. However, he did not want to comment on the objectives he set for himself in joining Gresini.
‘I will not answer that without having won a race in the last two years. At the moment, I am not prepared to fight for titles. So, we’ll see what happens,’ said the Cervera rider at the press conference held last Friday.
After 11 years together, the farewell. ‘No matter how much the team and the factory change, my sports career will be remembered for what I did at Repsol Honda. I will not win six more titles. In 20 years, when people talk about what Marc Márquez did, it will be for what I achieved in this team. There will be a separation, but we will be together forever,’ he concluded.
