Toni Bou, who recently became the 34th trial world champion, ended the season in style and won the last race at the X-Trial circuit in the French town of Vendée.
‘The race was different and even though there was no pressure, my opponents made things difficult. I am very proud of the consistency I showed throughout the season. I achieved many victories and was always in first place, so I have to thank my entire team for their work,’ said Bou, as quoted by the Spanish press.
This was the sixth triumph in seven races for the experienced rider.
