Brad Binder is growing in MotoGP and managed to finish last year’s MotoGP championship in fourth position in the overall standings. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider admitted, however, that it was a year in which he made more mistakes than usual, both in terms of crashes and missed opportunities to achieve a better result, but he sees 2024 as a year of redemption and growth.
During the KTM presentation yesterday, the South African spoke about some of the things that didn’t go well last year, although it was a highly positive year overall: ‘Last year was very good for us. We had many good days, we fought for the podium in most weekends but I also made many mistakes: I crashed much more than usual and let many opportunities slip away’.
His performance showed him that he is on the right path towards his desires, with Binder admitting that he wants to see how 2024 will be, a year in which he can grow, he guarantees:
– Looking forward, I am very excited to see how we manage the season and with the experience from last year, I believe we now know that we are in a more competitive window and I believe there is room for us to be even stronger this season.
