The CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team had an unlucky round in Qatar with Miguel Oliveira being the most “punished”, due to an injury that meant an early end to the season for the Portuguese, something that Wilco Zeelenberg recalled.
The Malaysian team manager lamented the absence of the Portuguese in Sunday’s race: ‘Of course, Miguel did not participate in the main race due to the accident on Saturday, a major shoulder injury, although it seems that there are no major problems with the ligaments, but basically his season came to an unfortunate end’.
However, the manager believes that Oliveira may be back for the Sepang tests – from 6 to 8 February: ‘Anyway, he will be fit for the Sepang test next year and, at this point, that’s all that matters’.
