Fabio Quartararo approaches the San Marino MotoGP after an encouraging seventh place in Barcelona. It was the best result for the Monster Energy Yamaha rider since France, showing himself faster and more competitive than in previous rounds.
The Frenchman revealed in a statement that he will once again work with the race setup from last Sunday: ‘The race in Barcelona was a positive way to end that GP. We want to try our Sunday setup in Misano as well. I think this will give us more information and confirm whether we are heading in the right direction or not‘.
Excited to ride in Misano, Quartararo emphasized his commitment to show new progress: ‘Misano is also a nice track. Riding here for four days – because we also have the test – is good. I know my team is working as hard as they can, so we will do our best to take another step this weekend‘.
