Being in MotoGP and riding at the highest level requires a lot of talent but also a lot of hard work, both on the bike and off, and that’s one of Pedro Acosta’s “secrets” who, in a video shared on the championship’s social media, shared his gym routine.
With a training focused on the demands of MotoGP, the Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 rookie showed part of his day, and explained which parts of the body certain exercises target and why he does them.
