Brad Binder may not have been able to win the MotoGP Thailand Grand Prix, but the overtaking maneuver that earned him the lead for a few moments was voted by fans as the best of the Buriram round.
The South African from Red Bull KTM positioned himself in front of Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) on the inside of turn eight, and then managed to close the door, preventing the rival from reacting.
However, Binder eventually lost the position and arrived at the last lap fighting to repeat an overtaking maneuver on Martín – without success, as he ended up exceeding track limits and also lost position to Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati).
Next, watch Binder’s overtaking move on Martín.
