Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) once again dominated at Autodrom Most this Sunday, winning the Tissot Superpole Race and claiming his second victory of the weekend in the Czech round of the Superbike World Championship. The Turkish rider now stands on the brink of a historic achievement: with 63 career wins, he ties Álvaro Bautista for second-most wins in WorldSBK history. A victory in Race 2 would see him take that spot outright.

The race began with Nicolò Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) taking the holeshot into Turn 1, but a fierce battle with Razgatlioglu unfolded over the opening laps. On Lap 4, Bulega made a mistake, cutting the Turn 1-2 chicane and incurring a one-second penalty, giving Toprak breathing room to build a comfortable lead. Bulega held firm to finish second for the second time this weekend.

Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team) rounded out the podium, also repeating his P3 finish from Race 1 and once again emerging as the top independent rider. However, Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) came agonisingly close to denying him that honour, finishing less than one-hundredth of a second behind and securing P4.

Álvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) delivered another strong comeback, climbing from P10 to finish fifth. Iker Lecuona (Honda HRC) once again showed solid pace aboard the CBR 1000 RR-R, battling closely with Alex Lowes (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team), but ultimately slipped to P6 after being overtaken by Bautista in the final laps.

Alex Lowes finished seventh, with his teammate Axel Bassani (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) initially in the top 10 before being handed a double long lap penalty for a jump start, which pushed him down to 18th.

Xavi Vierge (Honda HRC) clinched eighth place, narrowly edging out Andrea Locatelli (Pata Maxus Yamaha) by just 0.063 seconds. Jonathan Rea (Pata Maxus Yamaha) completed the top 10, securing points in back-to-back races – an encouraging sign for the six-time World Champion who is still recovering from his Phillip Island injury.
