It has a single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a displacement of 125cc, paired with an automatic transmission. It is capable of delivering 9 kW of power at 8,000 rpm and 11.2 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.
With fuel consumption of only 2.3 liters per 100 km, the Tricity 125 features a telescopic fork at the front and a swingarm-type suspension at the rear. The front brake is a hydraulic disc, as is the rear.
