‘It’s not something that keeps me up at night, because in the end, the results are the consequence of doing your job well. If you focus on one result, you forget about the others. What has worked for me and what I like to focus on day by day is trying to improve every detail, be a better rider, and enjoy every moment to the fullest, every training session, every conversation with the team, with the technicians, and I believe that’s how it’s built. The title doesn’t worry me, there are many circumstances that could interfere. I work to be a little better every day and if the results come with it, even better. ‘They are two great opponents, Jonathan Rea and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu have changed teams. Since I started in Superbikes, I have always seen Rea in green and on Kawasaki. Changing brands and having to adapt to a new bike is always complicated, but the quality is there. I believe both will maintain their level and will fight for the top positions. Not just them, I also believe my teammate Nicolò Bulega has come strong from the Supersport world. Andrea Iannone is also surprising everyone, after four years off due to suspension, he is very competitive.
