Fabio Quartararo arrives at the first GP of 2024 in Qatar with good indicators from the tests at the Losail circuit.
The French rider revealed that progress was made during the two days of testing, but the Japanese manufacturer needs to continue working to catch up with the rivals.
– ‘We obtained excellent information in the Qatar test, but we also know that we still have to improve, so our goal is to work towards that’
Fabio Quartararo also previewed the first GP of the year in Qatar:
– ‘This first GP is important: it will show us where we stand and we hope to be in a better position than last year. I know Yamaha is working hard behind the scenes and everyone on the team is super motivated, so I will do my best, as always, to achieve the best possible result and start the season in the best possible way’.
