Current two-time world champion in the premier class of two-wheeled racing, Francesco Bagnaia reflected on the season that ended a few weeks ago and is already recharging his batteries to defend the title in 2024.
‘Pressure is a privilege. Without that feeling, you cannot enjoy. Winning or losing with the possibility of being under pressure is the best. And I want to thank Jorge for allowing me to have this feeling again,’ said the rider from Turin in statements to MotoGP.com.
Pecco is already thinking about defending his two-time championship against a competition that has gained another name.
‘It will always be harder. We will have Marc [Márquez] with a Ducati, Jorge Martín again and [Marco] Bezzecchi. And maybe [Fabio] Quartararo with the Yamaha, [Franco] Morbidelli with a Ducati, and we cannot forget about KTM,’ he concluded.
